Fabric Gift Wrap

Hello,

I mostly lurk, but I splurged on quite a bit of holiday fabric at my local JoAnn's today in hopes of making some fabric gift wrap to use this Christmas. I have a basic idea for what I am doing, but wanted to see if any of you had any suggestions or advice? Any patterns to share? TIA! =)

Re: Fabric Gift Wrap

  • Depends on what you want to do.  You can starch it and use it like paper (it'll hold creases), or you can do a wrap and close with ribbon.

  • I'm hoping to use fabric to make some tote bags to use as gift wrapping for Christmas - that way the recipient will have something of use after unwrapping their gift instead of a length of fabric :-)
