Live in a townhouse with sunroom bump-out?
DH and I are building a townhouse with a sunroom bump-out. It will be about a 10x10 room off the family room on the main level and then another 10x10 room below in off the rec room. How would you utilize these rooms? Both will have doors that go to either a deck or walk-out patio.
