this little white lie is ok, right?
I have a huge zit (I actually am starting to think it might be 2 or 3 smaller ones, right next to each other) right on the edge of my bottom lip. And it is one of those really deep painful ones, it's all red and my lip is actually swollen through the front, into the back of my lip in my mouth. And it hurts pretty bad, it's throbing. It looks like I have a busted lip it's so bad, so 2 people have asked what happened and I said DS head butted me accidentially this weekend. That's ok, right, rather than telling them, "oh just a huge zit."

yes - totally fine.
I might have stayed home from work once b/c I had such a bad bug bite on my face and I just couldn't bear going into work like that.
neosporin and bandaids are your friends.
