s/o crock pots - too much liquid?
I nearly always use chicken breasts that have been frozen (whether they come that way or I buy a big package on sale and freeze them myself) in my crock pot. Even when they have been thawed out, they seem to still have a lot of moisture in them, and they make the sauces too thin. Any tips for doing a better job "draining" the chicken? Should I thaw it in a colander? I do blot them with paper towels, especially if they came frozen, because I know those are injected with salt water.
