How was your weekend?

My weekend was awesome!  Friday I hung out with L and his DD, Saturday I had lunch with my BFF and her hubby, and then went to the MSU game with L, my dad, and my dad's BFF.  Yesterday I had lunch with some girlfriends and hung out with my parents for a while.  It was great!

Re: How was your weekend?

  • Oh yeah, I forgot to add I got to meet L's mom and brother briefly over the weekend.  They seem very sweet and I'm looking forward to spending more time with them Smile

  • I had a great weekend.  Saturday night I went to the BF's daughters birthday party and then the three of us played with her new toys....Yesterday he came to my DS's fall ball game and met my XH and my mom.  Then we went to a friends house for some football and then to my parents so he could meet my dad and my bro and SIL...it went really well....I fall a lil harder every day....
  • It was great!  Had a dress rehearsal for a dance performance on Friday night, then spent Saturday relaxing and getting ready for said performance on Saturday night, and it went really well!  Sunday, had brunch with an older couple that BF and I are friends with, then cooked and relaxed until my dance classes Sunday night.
  • ::yawn::  I had a fun weekend, but I'm tired!  Friday night I went to a schmancy dinner and the ballet with a girlfriend - an awesome adult evening out.  Saturday I hit the gym and did some stuff around the house, then joined friends for "Geeks Who Drink" (it's a trivia thing).  Yesterday went to a movie and had lunch with a friend.  Busy busy busy.
  • Had an awesome weekend with the DILF :)  Saturday we hung out and relaxed.  I got to meet his dog and then we went to Buffalo Wild Wings for dinner then back to his place to watch the UW/MSU game.  Sunday we went for a walk along the river at a park with the pup then went out to dinner.

It's kind of strange--I always said that I'd never date someone that much older, definitely not someone with kids, but we have just clicked and it feels so natural.  It's like I can talk to him about anything and be myself.  Curious to see where things go :)

  • My parents invited us out to dinner on Saturday and then my 5 year old ended up going home with them and staying with them until 8pm last night. I forgot what it was like to only have 1 child to take care of, and it was super nice to get some good 1 on 1 time with the toddler. The alone time gave me a lot of time to think about things, and while I still feel like I'm riding a bipolar-roller-coaster-of-insanity most of the time, I am feeling a lot better about the future.
She's crafty - and she's just my type.
  • The weekend was nice! FF and I had a date night on Friday (dinner and saw Paranormal Activity 3). Saturday I went shopping with my momma and then FF and I had an "at home" date night of pizza and a movie. Oh, and we spray-painted my wedding dress to use for my Halloween costume at work this week.

Yesterday FF had to work (he's working 3 shifts in a row, so 72 hours Sad) so I ran some errands, enjoyed the GORGEOUS fall day we had in Michigan and waited for DS to come home from his weekend with XH.

    Overall, a great weekend!

  • Weekend was pretty good. Saturday I went out to dinner with a bunch of people that I used to work with so that was fun to catch up. A few too many G & Ts meant not feeling so hot on Sunday (waay too old for this shiit!). Sunday I went to a work picnic with BF so I could schmooze with the director (trying to get a job there).

  • I had an incredibly busy weekend - it was go-go-go all the time.  Friday night BF and I ran some errands and went for a run, then attempted to watch a movie.  I fell asleep about halfway through.  Saturday morning we ran more errands, then I bought a new car, and then we drove to another town to do a little outlet shopping.  After that we had a nice dinner out and went on a ghost tour of the historic area (it was creeeeepy - the windows in one house were glowing).  Sunday we did some more shopping, then my BFF came over and we all carved our pumpkins and roasted the seeds.

I feel like I need a day off just to recover from my weekend, LOL.

    This is my siggy.
  • Overall I had a good weekend.  Stbxh had DS all day so I went out to lunch with 2 others to discuss the activities we want to do in Hawii when we go in Janurary, with BFF we went to see "Footloose" movie, shopping and then out to dinner at a family owned Italian resturant.

Sunday was church as usual but got to chat with some amazing people and tried to catch up cleaning at home but kinda hard with a 13months old.  DS vocabulary totally grew this weekend.  He also loves chasing me down the hall and tackle me.  So cute.

Oh yeah... I rented "Eat, Pray and Love".  Very interesting.

  • Mostly I studied but took a brief break Sat. afternoon to see "Footloose" with my two BFFs.  then we went to a wine bar and dinner.  So that was the highlight.  Other than that I was buried in my books at Starbucks.

I was Footloose? I'm debating on going to see it...

My weekend was great! Shot a wedding Saturday then went to my friend's wedding reception afterwards. Sunday I cleaned the house then went to another friend's bday party for her one-year old. D came over afterwards and I cooked him dinner. We talked about a lot of great things, then had some really awesome sex :) Woke up together, made him breakfast, talked some more then sent him home!

  • Weekend was great.

Had ds on Friday night and we did dinner with my parents. Saturday, ds and I went to bf's house (our future house) and waited for my new dresser to be delivered (bf was out of town). So ds and I watched a movie and did his homework and ate lunch there. It was good for him to be in the house with just me and him and bf not there. DS also helped me pick new bedding for bf/my room. BF doesn't care as long as it's not too girly and we want to let ds put his "mark" on as much as possible in the house so he feels a part of it all. We also had a playdate that afternoon with ds' friend who lives on bf's block, and ds' friend introduced him to other kids in the neighborhood (they all kind of run from house to house playing on that block -- it's like I was as a kid and I love it!).

Saturday night, ds was with his dad so I went out to dinner with a girlfriend. Sunday morning I had brunch and got mani/pedis with my bff from high school, went to ds' soccer game with my mom and then spent a few hours in the afternoon with bf when he returned from his Boy Scout trip.

    It was busy, but fun!
