I like him and like that they brought in the foreclosure/unemployment issue in with him. I hope they write that in as a story line for where he has been. Imagine being homeless as a high school student.
I want them to get back to current music and lay off of the show tunes. This is coming from someone who likes musicals, but all show tunes is too much.
