MOMS: What do you call your kids?
I don't know how or why, but I call Zac "Bubby" all the time. It just happened, I have no idea where I picked up on it - we certainly aren't yiddish in nature.

She doesn't say Jane, but she said "Goose' the other day. Oooops
Noo-noo. Stemmed from our daycare provider, who started calling her Nora-noo. We somehow picked up on that and acquired the name, too, and have come up with various spin-off nicknames. Noo-noo is most common, but we also throw in Nora-noo, Noo, Noonie, Noos, etc.
She's going to hate us when she's older.
Others that we randomly use: Angel face (Nora Grace Angel Face), Pumpkin, Bunny girl.

For some reason I read "honey, big girl" as home girl. Lol. I was like, "whaaaa?" ha. Rock on.
Our crazy, wonderful life
I call her booger butt too! And pooter, buggaboo, and monkey.
Adorable.
I call Obie so many names (it's not really the same, but I know I'll do the same thing with kids). Obie-Wan-Kenobe, Monster man, Handsome dog, bubba, bubba-duck (no idea where that one came from), Obster-oni. He probably has no clue what his real name is. I'm actually a little concerned because I'm sure I'll end up using some of the same ones for kids, and it's probably going to get confusing.
We have already started doing this to Cooper. Our faves right now are Coopa Troopa (spin off of Koopas from Mario), Cooper Man (like Super Man) and Lil Man. At least he usually responds!
My poor child has so many nicknames but its so fun to make up little names to call him:) He is often called Little Bear, Bear, Monkey, Bubba bean, Nugget, Nuggie noo, Lee Lee McGee, Munchie moo.
Tucker also has a ton of names: Tucker bean, Tuck-a-buck, Tuckahoe, Tucky Boo, Tucker John, Pretty puppy. Tuckaaa (what Liam calls him and its where his RI roots come out!)

Collin is a Bubby too (or Bub or Bubba). He also gets Stink Butt quite a bit. For a while it was ZaZa all the time but that one has faded. Bubby has stuck since the beginning. In fact, I asked Collin last week who mommy' baby was and he point to himself and said Bubby. I am starting to think I should call him Collin now and then so he knows his real name :0)
