Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

One of my friends used to manage the Netflix customer service crews... and he just announced on FB that he and a large number of his coworkers got laid off today.
Interesting that, despite emailing customers to say that they are no longer separating Netflix home dvd service from instant viewing service, Netflix has not emailed its customers to say that they had such a lousy quarter that they had to lay off a ton of employees...

Yeah, it does. Although, he's young and taking it in stride. I don't know about all the other folks, though.
Sadly, this is not unusual these days...
Yikes, that stinks for your friend.
I have been seriously considering leaving Netflix myself, it would be better if they had more recent movies on their streaming library.
