Welcome to the board! I was married on 9/25. DH and I live in NJ and work in NYC. We don't have any pets, or children. Yet.
Looking forward to hearing more about you!
welcome! this is a great board
I was married on 9/4, I live in VT (but LOVE, borderline am obsessed with Toronto!), and I WANT a black goldendoodle! We rent right now, but when we buy (or find a place that will rent to us with a dog) a black goldendoodle it is!
Hope you stick around!

Hello and welcome! I'm Mush, married 9/5, in California.
Any advice on labor or the first few weeks of having baby? I'm scared for when I'll be left alone with this kid for the first time.
IUI #1 10/12/11 (Bravelle + HCG + Prometrium & acupuncture) = 10/26 BFP! Beta #1=250, Beta #2= 615. 1st u/s 11/8.
Oh cool. I didn't realize that. We got married the day before my birthday. Everyone says I'm totally screwing K by making him have to remember two dates so close to one another, and I can double-whammy him if he forgets them. :-)
Hi welcome!
I got married on 9/25, me and my husband A live in Austin, Texas! We have two dogs a black and white shih tzu named Boogie and a mini wiener named Star.
Please stay around and chat, this board it awesome!
I don't think you want my labour advice... it was 42hrs and 10 days late. Honestly though, it is not as bad as the horror stories people tell you... just go in with an open mind, knowing that baby is going to come out one way or another and you will survive it. That being said, I didn't want an epidural AT ALL, but in the end I got one after 30hrs and very little progress and I didn't regret that decision for a second! You aren't there to be a hero, being a mom makes you a hero enough
The first few weeks will be a blur, you'll be running on a adrenaline and still in shock that you were blessed with such a miracle. My only recommendations thus far (because clearly I am no expert) are to take help if its offered and don't be scared to ask questions...everyone was a first time mom once. Also, try to stay relaxed and know that you will figure it out as you go. I think babies sense if you are tense and it affects them negatively as well.
We got married 9 days before my husband's birthday so I guess I am the one who has to remember. We got back from our honeymoon late the night before his birthday so we opened all the presents on his birthday, that made for a great celebration for him.
Our daughter was born August 24 of this year, so we have 3 big events in just over 3 weeks.
Welcome. The other girls aren't kidding, this really is an amazing board. Stick around!
We were married 9/25 in lower Michigan. We have 2 lab mixes (black named Jetta, and a smaller brown named Piper). They are our babies for now, but we are hoping to go off BC and 'see what happens' around Christmas time.
