Having a "hollow day"...

*3* pumpkin cream cheese muffins.  2 biscuits.  A bowl of hot & sour soup with those crunchy wonton things.  A black bean burger.  2 kosher dill pickles.

Yep, still hungry. Self-loathing due to my binge will set in momentarily, I'm sure.

Anyone else have days like this in the fall?  Sometimes I wonder if my body is trying to pack on weight for the winter.  I want to scream at my stomach to remind it that I don't hibernate.

Married in 2008 - DD born in 2010 - EDD 6.15.2012!

  • I see nothing wrong with this.

  • I definitely have days like that. Usually the day after I've lifted at the gym. For some reason, lifting makes me so much hungrier than cardio. Also, yeah - you're pregnant. Baby wants some food!

Good point!  I'm mad about what I'm eating more than the amount, but still... and yes, super glad I can hold it down.  I have thrown up a few times, but nothing major... then again, my m/s didn't start with Natalie until 8 weeks, so it could go either way at this point.

  • Thanks B!  I hope so too.  Hey, you need to text me, I lost everyone's numbers in my iPhone transfer.  Yesterday I all went to text you about something and went, "doh!"
