I got an email from her today asking for R's email address because she lost it. She emailed me to ask for it, not her son who lives with her. Good communication in that family...

I finally got word from my case worker that there is a court date set for dbag to go before the judge and explain why he doesn't feel he has to pay his child support. But he does have the option of going to court that day and telling the judge he needs to get a lawyer or to be appointed one, and then to have court rescheduled.
So...is this date coming up soon?
Also, does this baby have a name yet? If so, spill it!

That's fine. Are the adoption papers drawn up yet? I'd have those ready to go. He'll have to go before a judge SOMETIME even though I'm positive he'll wait as long as he can.
