I had my mammagram and breast ultrasound this afternoon. I was super nervous but shouldn't have been. The whole process took about 20 minutes.
Everything is fine! The doctor said that what I felt was just thick tissue and there is nothing to worry about!

So glad to hear that!
Last year when I went for my yearly exam, I complained about a knot in one of my breasts and they did an ultrasound on me, and came to the conclusion that I just have dense breast tissue. And, it's common for women our age.
