  • My weight has stayed the same but i've lost 1/2 inch on my hips and 1.5 inches off my waist.
  • I'm down 1 pound this week. This puts me at 33 pounds, I believe.

  • As of yesterday I hit my original goal weight. I'm pretty happy where I am but I'm trying to lose 5 more so I have more wiggle room during maintenance. I'm not putting a lot of pressure on myself to do so though. I'm just really happy to reach my original goal.

  • I've been working out and eating better. I have a lot more motivation now to lose some weight and feel better about myself.
  • I'm still hovering around the same weight as the last month or so. I don't know what else to do. I'm getting so frustrated.

    My mom just got hired on at WW as a consultant, but she has to go through training. I've been thinking about going to meetings with her, but I don't want to spend the money on it when I've been losing weight fine on my own until this point.

    All I know is it sucks.

  • I gained weight. Stupid, delicious cruise food. This week I'm getting back in the swing of things. I have no choice since my pants are tight.

  • I'm the same weight I've been for the last year or so. Despite my best efforts, I cannot for the life of me stick with low carb. So the new plan is to track using sparkpeople and workout like a maniac.

    I just had to add my beer intake to sparkpeople though for last night and it was not pretty. LOL

    Also we're going to Nipper's for H's birthday tonight so I'll get back on the wagon... starting tomorrow. Big Smile

  • I think I've gained about 7 pounds thus far.  Now that my appetite is returning-ish, that number will probably increase quickly.  I was about 15-20 pounds heavier to start this time than when I got pregnant with DD, so I definitely hope I don't gain as much weight as I did with her (roughly 45 pounds).

    Congrats on hitting that goal. Even if you've decided to go a little further, that's exciting to get there! 

    I recently hit a big milestone: I officially weigh less than my husband! This has never happened in the time we've known each other. I've been dancing around the number for months, but I've finally broken through my stall and gotten solidly below him. Yay!

  • I have lost 5 pounds total. I started Couch 2 5k on Friday and am hoping to add the 30 Day Shred soon. I signed up for weight watchers online two months ago but have not logged any food. Big waste of money. I think it might be easier once I go back to work and am packing my food everyday. My goal is to be back to pre pregnancy weight by Christmas.
