What did you knock of this list last night??
I gave DH a back massage. Usually he asks and I say no, but instead I gave him one. And it wasn't a half assed one, my freaking arm was tired.
ETA: I did get a "Thank you, I love you" before he drifted off to sleep.

I took out all the recycling! On the way home from getting him and getting Janie he said "I have to run out back and get the recycling before I get her out of the car, ok". and I just said "ok" and then we pulled in and he was all "YOU ALREADY DID IT?!?! THANK YOU!".
So, that was a big hit
My plan before Trickey's terrible (
) idea was to just stay out of his way/do my own thing since he's been such a turd lately. But instead, I did the whole kiss and I love you thing when I got home... then after his news, we cuddled and talked in bed for awhile. So I guess I did the forgive and forget.
Not sure what's on the slate for tonight... massage maybe?

I did the whole initiate sex thing. He loved it. Wow 3 times in a week...that has not happened in a LOOOONG time
Stopping at Wallgreens on the way home today since he is sick and needs some stuff... Maybe the massage or will get him something fun there and wrap it for tomorrow. Hmm...what to get.

Me too, Jill. DH hates when I initiate sex, for example. He is not spontaneous and if he's not asking for it, he doesn't want it. So, for us, NOT asking is the nice thing to do for him - LOL.
I boughrt DH a carmel apple, he loved it.
I also made DH a smoothie for breakfast thia am since he is off traveling for work for the next couple days.

I took out the trash which kind of backfired because he jumped up to help and got a little defensive. I think he thought I was passive aggressively telling him I was mad that he hadn't done it. Today I plan to make the bed because he was complaining last night about it. I am always last one out and I never make it cause I think it's silly.
I made one of his favorite meals last night. I made white chicken chili and I even made some beer, onion, and cheddar bread to go with it. I had to rush to make it before his softball game but he ate some before he left and then came home and made another bowl.
I figured the cooking one might be the easiest.
I made him a dinner that he's been asking for for weeks & cleaned up the whole kitchen afterwards, including leftover breakfast & lunch dishes. He was pleasantly surprised
DH had a rough work day yesterday. His car battery died in the middle of his day and that caused him to not get done seeing his patients until 7pm. So when he got home I had one of his favorite meals ready and waiting for him. I also cleaned the bathroom and finished laundry but I don't think that makes him happy. I swear the man could use a dirty bathroom for months and never notice.
We will see what I can do tonight. We have friends from out of town coming in tonight to stay with us for a long weekend and DH leaves for a business trip tomorrow morning so I won't have much time.
