Trish Sinus infections suck hairy balls have you tried to do the sinus rinse in hopes of killing the infection with the salt?
the sinus rinses suck but are totally worth it. i have to do at least 4 a day, if not more.

I'm using the sinus rinse. I'm also still taking some good decongestants. At this point, my body just has to recover. Working 10 hours/day isn't helping.

I think a silver chain would look best. I think the ribbon would distract from the necklace which is a statement in itself. I like it!
