OB/GYN in AA county

I know we have talked about this before, but I can't seem to find the post. I'm with new insurance, so that means new OB/GYN. Any recs in the AA County area?  TIA!

Re: OB/GYN in AA county

  • I went to Annapolis OB-GYN for my first pregnancy and switched to Bay Area Midwifery (they do well-woman visits, etc.) for my 2nd pg. I will continue to see them for all future care, unless for some reason I need surgery.
  • I use Paula Radon with Comprehensive Gynecology in Gambrills and I really like her.  As far as I can tell, they only do the GYN side of OB/GYN though.
  • I love Chesapeake Women's Care.  I've been going to them for about 10 years now after a recommendation from a knottie (Gail).  I have used Dr. Wells and Dr. Edwards.  Both were very nice.  I have only used GYN though and not used for the OB part.

  • I also go to Chesapeake Womens care. My Dr. is Dr. Keith, she also delivered DD, but all the Dr's are great. My friends and my Mom go to Annapolis Women Ob/GYN and I've heard no complaints there either.

  • I really like Women OB/GYN in Annapolis. If I had to pick a favorite, I would say Dr. Nichols, but I've seen and had great experiences with all the docs.

  • Also a Chesapeake Womens Care patient.  I met all the OB's while I was PG and Dr. Russel did my c/s, but I also really like Dr. Keith and Dr. Edwards.  All of the OB's are great there, I've never had issue with any, I just got a better feeling from three I mentioned above.  I got the recc 10+ years ago from a friend.

  • Also a Bayarea Midwifery patient. I have been there for well women visits, mc #2 and the birth of my daughter.

  • I'm a patient at Chespeake Women's Care also. Dr. Penn delivered DD and I may be slightly in love w/ him after that (my nurse was awful but he handled everything really well I thought) and I also really like Dr. Luecke and Dr. Keith. I saw Dr. Wells and Dr. Edwards only once during my pregnancy but they seemed very nice as well.

  • I too go to Chesapeake Womens Care. They have offices in Gambrills and Annapolis.  My primary is Dr. Wells and she is wonderful.
