What crafts can I do on bedrest?
I knit a bit. Crochet is not my thing. I could probably make bows if I can get a table set up for my glue gun. What else? I'm a sewer, and it sucks not being able to work on all my projects for DD and future DD#2.

what about organizing your photos..or saving them to a back up unit.
**I am a scrapbooker and find i don't have the time to plan ahead, back up photos or organize the old ones!
If you have a laptop...try out pinterest
Its addicting, and really passes the time!
You might even find some crafts on there you could do from bed.
Otherwise, organizing photos is a great idea.
If you celebrate Christmas, you could make ornaments to give to your family this year.
Hand sewing might be an option too.
This book has lots of soft toys that could be hand sewn.

Ahhh, bedrest sucks.
I was in the hospital and found about all I could do was emboridery, because there are just too many interruptions to do cross stitch, and anything else like scrapbooking got so frustrating because you just couldn't keep enough supplies on a little table.
My Mom gave me lots of those little foam kits that make houses, ornaments. Cheesy, yes, but doable when on bedrest - yes!
hang in there mama. I was there this summer and it was so frustrating when I had so many projects planned out. I got my birth announcements list ready on my lap top and worked on a crochet blanket (could you try knitting?) and crochet his birth sampler. Not sure what your BR is from but after about 3 weeks I got "quilting privileges" so I could sit up at the table and sew for a little while each day and finished his quilt and bedding after I could prove that we were stable enough and had gotten just a bit closer to full term. My DH set up all my sewing stuff and a little pressing table for me in the kitchen really close to the couch so I could take frequent breaks, but of course we did all this with my OBs permission after a couple weeks.
