I love it A LOT. It is roomy enough to hold everything I need (I carry a medium large wallet and a makeup bag in addition to like 3 packs of gum, my keys, etc.). It has 2 pockets, which I use for my cell and for my work ID badge as well as a zippered pocket inside.
I will say, I have the Classic Hilier and the crossbody strap is slightly short. I don't know if this is because I have a well endowed chest or if it is actually really short, but the bag definitely doesn't hit my hip if I wear it crossbody. A coworker who is slightly taller than I am (she's 5'7") tried it on and it didn't hit her hip either, and she doesn't have as large of a chest as I do. I virtually never use the crossbody strap, I always carry it by the strap, so it isn't an issue for me.
I have heard the Hilier Q (the larger bag) has a longer strap, so if you're definitely searching for a crossbody, maybe try that one too. The bag is larger as well.
Also, this is my second bag because the first one had leather that was peeling off of the bottom of the bag. I was really WTF about it, but Bloomingdales took it back and gave me a brand new one, so it wasn't a huge issue. This one has been going strong for 7 months- that one flaked in a matter of a week- so I think it was an isolated incident.
