As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. Tomorrow's Weigh-in is HUGE for me.

It's been an okay week. I've eaten well (not great, but well) and after tonight I will have done ZUMBA 3 times this week ... I got on the scale yesterday and nothing changed ... however, I was retaining water this week if you catch my drift.
I'm going to be honest and say I will be so depressed that I will scarf down an entire chocolate cake on my own if I am not there.
ETA: And oh, you better bet there will be icecream to go with it.

You should be so proud of yourself. You have inspired me. I'm putting some things in place to start my own weight loss journey very soon. Don't ruin my inspiration with chocolate cake. Thanx.

It's tough not to get discouraged. I told DH I'd give my left boob for an oreo cakester, and he told me that was one way to lose 20 pounds. As much as I love him, his support is lacking. I need you girls to keep me motivated!

Bwaahahaha. As a fellow "endowed" lady, I've had the same thoughts before. Certainly I'm sure DH would be very sad if you went that route to lose weight ;P Serves him right, though!
I told DH that if I ever got to a certain number it was okay to just start cutting body parts off of me.
I do always joke, "well if I go chop off all my hair ......"

Even IF, for whatever reason, you don't make it this week (I doubt this) - keep working hard and stay on track...next week you will absolutely kill it on the scale.
