scotch brite stainless steel scrubbers!

i made homemade chicken noodle soup yesterday, and some broth ran down into my drip pan and got burnt, fast. i took it out last night and soaked it in Ajax paste for about 2 hours. This helped a little, but not as much as I expected. So I rinsed all of it off and tried Mean Green, certain it would work because it's the tough stuff I swear by. It didn't do much either. I looked under the sink for an SOS pad, and my rarely-used Scotch Brite stainless steel scrub pads caught my eye. (The loopy rolled up ball of steel, lol) I used the scrubber with nothing but water, and with not much elbow grease I got the ENTIRE mess off of the drip pan! I was SO impressed! Looks like I'll have to keep lots of these on hand. (:
