I really do not like my mouth right now
I have a wisdom tooth coming in, it is the only one I have and it is causing havoc. I am sitting here waiting to go to bed waiting on the pain meds to kick in so I can relax. I am set Wed. to get it out, and since they will be in there they are going to do some small fillings that have came out over the years.
On a good note, the best part is the Ortho will start Phase 1 of me getting braces. I know I know braces as an adult is really going to suck, but hey I going to make the best of it and think of the outcome.

How old are you? I was sort of a late bloomer, but my wisdom teeth were taken out in my early 20s (they never would have come in since they were so impacted)
I had my 3rd round of braces in my late 20s, and it's not that bad. I did have 6 years of braces in my pre-teen and teen years as well as permanent retainers in grade school to prep me for the hell that is my genetic teeth situation.
It really didn't suck that much, other than the first couple months of subsisting on slimfast shakes so I didn't lose too much weight. My friends (nicely) made fun of me since I'm already thin, but I couldn't have stood to lose 10 pounds.
I am in my late 20's, I should have had braces as a kid but my family did not have the money for them. Now we do and it is going to be great. My teeth are in great shape it is just crowed in there.
