The dogs are dressing as Mario & Luigi, they look hilarious. Parker wants nothing to do with his hat though. Murphy I don't even think he realizes something is on his head.

DS is going as a skunk since the costume I ordered off the internet was too big and a skunk constume was the only thing left at BRU. (I wonder why
)
DS looks really cute in it, but I do feel like a failure as a parent, sending my kid off as a skunk for halloween!

They were out back with their costumes on last Saturday and they had the zoomies, and I started singing the part when you get "star power" and you go really fast. I wish someone else was there with me to witness it, because it was awesome.

I'm going to be Katy Perry, which mostly involves a blue wig and a tutu. I covered a tank top in cupcakes and ice cream cones a la this ensemble but less slutty - my high school students had a test today and anyone who finished early was requested to create more pastries! Gotta love free labor.
DH will be Steve Jobs. Too soon?
Puppy will be a banana, which also kind of looks like a flower, but his banana tip hat was too adorable to look for an alternative.

C is going to be a robot and he's pretty excited. He has literally been putting cardboard boxes on his head and proclaiming that they are "robot sensors". I have no clue where he learned what a robot sensor is. I don't even know what it is.
After I won the argument that Kenny Loggins is NOT a "fictional character" as required for the party Otto wants to go to tonight, he agreed to shave off the beard he's been growing for a month to give in to MY idea: Clive Bixby and Julianna.
Duuuuuuddde!!!!!!!!! How are we so simpatico with Halloween costumes? I was thinking of throwing on my short blonde wig and being Claire, but that would have just been me in my regular clothes and a blonde wig. This is pretty genius!
sprout will be a garden gnome provided he'll keep the hat on. otherwise he's going to be a little boy in a weird outfit.
