Halloween clearance?
Who has good prices on Halloween stuff after Halloween? I'm looking for everything from candy to costume pieces.
I'm loading up for my daughter's birthday party (9-10 year old girls). We're doing a fashion challenge inspired by Project Runway. If a store has good mark-downs, I would load up on jewelry, boas, fabric, hats, belts, and any pieces that could make an outfit a little crazy.
Plus, any candy that is 75% off will be mine. 50% off is good enough. Since it's a slumber party, I'm sure they'll go through pounds of candy. If you know which grocery and drug stores have the cheapest candy, let me know.
