Re: Poll: Trick or Treating

  • I don't have a clue!
  • Ours was last night from 6-8. We actually got trick or treaters this year. I was so excited! Glad I stopped and got some candy yesterday :)

Does you town usually have trick or treating on Halloween, or on another day?

  • Yeah, don't know. I know what your question means, but I really don't have a clue:) I will probably drive by the LED sign by the highway entrance and see something about it today. Reading this post made me remember to put Halloween candy on my shopping list for today. A little out of the loop on Halloween, obviously!

All I care about today is the K-State/OU game:)

Oh, I didn't think you misunderstood. :) I was just curious what your town usually does. In my area, ToTing is always on Halloween, so there's never any question about when it is.

  • There are always kids out and about on Halloween no matter the day, but we might have another one.

Are you going to have a snowy Halloween??

Are you going to have a snowy Halloween??

Hopefully not! We're looking at 2-4" of slushy snow tonight and tomorrow morning, but it's supposed to be in the low 50s tomorrow and Monday, so I'm sure the snow will melt quickly. It'll be cold (probably down into the 30s by the time it's dark) so I'm anticipating less people to be out than the last few years.

  • Every town that I've lived in has always done ToTing on the actual holiday, but the local malls usually have ToTing the weekend before Halloween. We usually take the kids to Sesame Place and the zoo the weekend before Halloween for Toting.

    My boring blog
  • No trick or treat here.  We don't live in a city and only have 2 neighbors.  That's ok though.  My mom had TOT last Thrusday.
  • Our town is on Halloween, but my brother's town is usually the 30th, or at least it has been the past two years. So we go there for ToT then hand out candy here.
