Well, bummer!
The department where I adjunct got approved for funding for a full time tenure track position yesterday... great news for them, they've been asking for it forever... terrible news for me since I don't have a PhD and can't apply. And the position is intended to teach the 3 courses that I currently cover.
Just topping off an awesome week-I won't be teaching again after the spring, which just stinks, as I have really loved it. And I've come to rely on it financially/employment wise.
I am drowning my crappy week sorrows in halloween candy and no one can stop me! Haha! DH, at least, has been great the last couple days and is keeping me laughing... and our A/S was great yesterday so we have lots of new baby pics to ooh and ahh over.

I'm so sorry you're having such a horrible week.
Mine hasn't been great either. I feel so bad about the teaching thing since I know you really enjoyed it.

My boring blog
We did. THe tech is great, but she was nervous so she turned the screen off whenever she had to check something in the leg region. My doc came in at one point just to make sure things were looking good and she was laughing about how nervous she was that baby was just going to flip over and show us (since I told her I knew what to look for).
Anyway-the a/s was good but her behavior made me leave with the impression that baby is a boy for some reason... who knows!
