Adult birthday party location?
Hey there - it's my husband's 30th birthday in April and I want to start looking for places to rent for his surprise birthday party 
I know of parks and whatnot .. but maybe trying to think "outside the box". Anyone have any good ideas? I've never done this before

My H is a kid. Last year we went to Incredible Pizza, but it's almost too childish for even him. I'd recommend All-Play. I know when they were In-Play, they had a room with mini bowling right off the bar area for rent, but I don't think there is bowling in there any more.
What's your H into? That could help get an idea of where to have a party.
Otherwise, any restaurant that accepts reservations/groups would work.
I was actually thinking about Allplay! He likes motorcycles, paintballing, any kind of weird animal (lol), basketball, BBQ, anything outdoorsy (which I know is hard to plan in April)
I was thinking maybe Funny Bone? Does the new one have an area to rent at all?
I know Funny Bone does something for those wanting to rent. If I remember right, I think you basically rent the whole building, but I'm not sure. Give them a call - that sounds like a fun idea!
ICU is the paintball place in town. (Or one of them...?) My former boss always said that was the best paintball place he'd been. (H loved it too the one time they went together.)
I was looking this fall for apple orchard & found Happy Apple Archery/event area in Norwalk---they might have something for you.
