Pumpkin recipes?
Anyone have some great pumpkin recipes they want to share? I want to do some different baking this year. I've been baking pumpkin breads the past 6-7 years (the recipe is in my food blog) but I want to try some new stuff !

I think your pumpkin bread is the pumpkin recipe I've made the most times! I have switched it up by adding dried cranberries and white chocolate chips in place of the chocolate chips, and I've had success modifying it by using applesauce in place of some of the oil and using some whole wheat flour.

wow that second one looks AMAZING! But it also looks a little too complicated for me.
These were amazing!!! But don't be fooled, this is pumpkin cake, not bars. Didn't stop me from eating it for breakfast though

Oh, and I used mascrapone (sp) instead of cream cheese in my icing.
