Snow Storm

Are any of the INs stuck in the snowstorm in the northeast? It seems so early to have snowstorms that are knocking out power!

Re: Snow Storm

  • I'm looking out the window at snow right now! I'm not stuck though, we only got maybe 3-4 inches. 20 miles west of here though they got over a foot. We were spared because we are near the coast. It is VERY unusual to have snow here this early. In fact the weather guys are saying it has never happened before.
  • Last year I got stuck in a snowstorm in Lyon the last week of november and that was a bit early, I cannot imagine getting it in October! Stay warm.  I'm sure you are all cuddled up with Minibini and your H anyway :)
  • H is at work--he gets time and a half for Sundays, which is great, but I worried about him driving off in the snow at 3am! He had never driven in snow before. Minibini and I however are indeed all cuddled up on the couch :)
  • I'm so jealous. Just got word from home and they're saying over two feet in the Monadnock region! Wish I was there.
  • We'll be in Colorado in a week. My dad said they got 7 inches on Tuesday and there's still some left on the north side of the hill they live on. I'm hoping for 1 blizzard while we're there, followed by a 60-65 degree day so all the snow is gone again. (And yes, that's completely possible and normal in Colorado, so that's what I'm hoping for!)
