I cant believe it, we have only been here 3 weeks but we absolutely LOVE Columbia South Carolina and especially the area we are renting in.
We initially rented an apartment for 3 months whilst we looked for properties (we had a feeling we would want to settle here) and ever since we got here we just feel like we are home. (Hubs is from Texan and I'm from UK)
We looked at a lot of properties in the different neighborhoods but we kept going back to one. It had everything on our want list and was within our price range so yesterday we made an offer.
I am trying so hard not to get excited or get my hopes up but we really want this house.
Its a 4/5 bedroom /3 bathroom/ 2 car garage and its just beautiful!.
