Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Was the date for this month's meeting ever finalized? I remember voting on it, but when I logged into GoodReads, I don't see that the event was ever posted to RSVP to. Maybe I am missing it? It looks like the winner of the vote was this Thursday, but I don't want to be the only one who shows up.
Lolli, are you around? Are you still planning on coming?
Also, one suggestion for the ladies who are having a hard time getting the books from the library -- perhaps we can start discussions on the site to borrow the books from each other? I bought October's book for my kindle, but can "loan" it out to other people to read (you would be able to read it on your computer or smartphone). Maybe those people who bought the book wouldn't mind loaning it to someone else to read, especially if perhaps the following month they could avoid buying the book by borrowing it from someone else in return.

Hi! Did anyone go? I missed this due to no internet all week. I was thinking of it and couldn't remember when it was. I don't have anyone's # so I couldn't call to see. Not that I read the book yet, but you know... it's fun to get out of the house and see some lovely ladies.
A few of the facebook girls asked to join so they were invited. I'll post that there are polls up.
I've decided to ask for a nook or kindle or something so I can try to do those from the library. They should be available all the time right?
