Thanks. About to head back up there. Surgery was successful. What they thought was a large fibroid was actually a large tumor on her intestines. They were able to remove the entire thing as well as reconnect the small instestine past the blockage, so again good. Now we wait for pathology to tell us whether it was cancer or not.
She'll be in the hospital for 3 weeks, which would drive me batty.
