Baby Gene was born October 19th via c-section. We decided to be induced at 8am Oct 18th. By 1AM on the 19th, I was in active labor and went from 4cm to 10cm in 3 hours. Not only was my little peanut face-up, but the cord was wrapped around his neck. Nothing about my birth went as I had planned it out in my head over the last 9 months, but I am overjoyed that he is here and he's healthy.
