Hi ladies,
I lurk on this board from time to time. I was wondering if anyone has ever glued legos on picture frames or has another idea to make four primary colored 8 x 10 frames for my LO's nursery? I've been trying to find primary colored frames for months but haven't had luck but I saw an idea to use legos to create my own look. I'm just not quite sure how to get started.
I was thinking of red, blue, green and orange. Any other thoughts/suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Re: Lurker needs help...
If you're just looking for primary colors, you can always buy unfinished frames (Michaels and AC Moore has them) or even finished wood frames, and paint/prime yourself.
Then again, that bedding set doesn't look terribly primary colored to me, more muted/lighter versions. I'd still go with DIY painting, but using colors to match or coordinate with the bedding, etc. that you're getting.

i think the lego idea could be cute, if it goes with the rest of the decor. it doesn't really sound like it does - but it could work as the baby gets older and the theme in the room changes. i'd imagine a hot glue gun would work just fine for attaching them to a plain frame.
Stand up for something you believe in.
Thanks ladies. The pictures from PBK are not that great but there blue and green are the main colors with some accents of orange, yellow, red and other colors in there. The picture of the area rug actually gives a better idea of the colors in the bedding. I'll try painting the frames and if I don't like them or want to add something more, I'll do that later.
I'm not an Ikea fan - the stores are too busy in the Chicagoland area and the frames I saw online are only available for purchase in the store. I'd rather pull my toenails out than to spend time at that store...yes, I know I'm being overly dramatic...I just did not have a good experience the last time I was there and I refuse to go back.
