Resume advice - limited job experiance
So the economic downturn has really done a number on DH, he just got layoff again (he's in sales), in the last 3.5 years, he's had 5 jobs, none for longer than a year but all have been for at least 3 months. All have been either due to company downsizing/closing or not reaching his sales quotas.
So I guess my question is should he put all the jobs on his resume as work experiance to demonstrate he was working or remove that shorter-term jobs? Just not sure how to appoach his resume anymore? Tough, tough job market out there
Re: Resume advice - limited job experiance
How many due to downsizing, and how many due to him not meeting quotas?
Is the last 5 years his only job experience? I'd be hesitant to have gaps in a resume with that little time in the work force.

three were due to downsizing/company closing and two were to not meeting quotas
Before that he had his own business for 3 years that tanked in 2009 and he was in school and doing odds jobs
ETA: he'd really like to get out of sales but those are the only jobs he's gotten

With his limited experience, I'd keep them all to show he's been gainfully employed since 2006.
What does he want to get into? Is he doing anything to get into that field?

Not anything as of yet, he wants to go back to school to get his paralegal certicate (his previous job didn't mesh well with when classes were offered) but he's finding it hard to get into a job that assiociated with what he wants to do even as an admin/legal secretary.
