What's cooking this week?
My original plan:
M: Pasta E. Fagioli w/ sausage
T: Turkey Tacos
W: Korean Short Ribs in the slow cooker
Th: Chicken Tikka Masala
F: Date Night
I may be changing it up though-my 18yo BIL is staying with us because they closed his dorm at Lehigh because there is no power up there! I will probably try to cook him something nice w/ leftovers so he can take some back with him!

Saturday: Chicken with Italian dressing mix in the Crockpot that Kel posted a few weeks back. It was yumm!
Sunday: I went to Adelphia for brunch with a friend and I was stuffed, so I just ate a PB&J when I got hungry later on. DH ate cereal I think.
Today: Beef Stew in the Crockpot
Rest of Week in no order: Chili, Penne Vodka and some sort of Pork Chops with apples or applesauce recipe- I found a few on Pinterest and a chicken dish of some sort
Do you make your chicken tikka masala yourself? If so, can you post/pm the recipe? DH and I LOVE it but since we've moved we havent found a worthy substitute for our old fave indian place. He will be thrilled if I can pull off something similar.
this was my original plan but there was a death in DH's family so I have a feeling most of this will not happen.
tonight- turkey roll ups with stuffing, spinach salad... will now be take out antipasta and pizza
tomorrow- chicken breast stuffed with laughing cow garlic cheese and wrapped in bacon, rice and zucchini
Wednesday- tacos
Thursday- homemade cheesesteaks and fries with a salad
Friday- out for pizza
