Thursday - Left over lasagna
Friday night - grill burgers or take out
Sunday: Chicken Cordon Bleu (sort of), pasta with parm, green beans
Monday: Cheeseburgers, tater tots, corn
Tuesday: Take out
Wednesday: Pork chops, wild rice, green beans

Friday: Baked ziti, salad, garlic bread
Saturday: ?? We might be going out to dinner with my parents

Friday: Turkey sloppy Joe's with sweet potato fries.
Tonight: Crockpot Meatballs in this pineapple/dijon/curry sauce with rice and veggies
Tuesday: Cheeseburger Pie with a veggie
Wednesday: Roasted peppercorn pork tenderloin with baked cinnamon sweet potatoes and a veggie
Thursday: Crockpot 20 clove garlic chicken with mashed potatoes and a veggie
Friday: Pizza
Sunday: Chicken and Dumplings with asparagus
Monday: Flank steak in the crockpot, butternut squash gratin, and roasted cauliflower
Tuesday: Quinoa and corn chowder with French bread
Wednesday: White bean and sausage rigatoni, roasted broccoli
Thursday: Chicken and vegetables braised in peanut sauce over brown rice.
Friday: Chinese food or out to dinner!

Monday: Dinner at a friends house before TOTing.
Tuesday: Paninis with a veggie
Wednesday: Probably baked fish with roasted tomatoes.
Thursday: Something Indian. DH isn't home Thursday nights so that's usually my ethnic night!
Friday: I'm hoping Chinese food! Got a craving.
Sunday: we had nothing worth mentioning, it was basically eat whatever you can find night
Monday: chili and hot dogs at BIL & SIL's house for Halloween
Tuesday: two cheese turkey enchiladas
Wednesday: chicken broccoli braid (LLHR - I am hooked on this recipe! Its so good)
Thursday: chicken tamale casserole
Friday: hopefully we have leftovers of all this
Saturday: I'll be out of town and DH and DD are on their own!
Can you remind me which recipe you're using, please? I made one last week and it looked beautiful, but it tasted horrible. I also have such a hard time getting the daggone crescents to cook through without burning. It makes me feel like a kitchen idiot LOL
going to check out the quinoa recipe for sure.
I made it after it was posted here the other week and it was a huge hit in our house too. Here is the recipe I used:
