Decent bus companies to NYC?
I have a friend from Germany here and wanted to take her to NYC. I looked with Bolt Bus but they are sold out for the day we want to go. Greyhound was no good either. What other bus companies are there that are decent? If they would leave from BWI or from Greenbelt, it would be a plus

I've used Bolt Bus and MegaBus. Like PP said, MegaBus' timing can be hit or miss. Tops, I've had to wait an extra 30-40 minutes...but I've heard horror stories.
You can also try Eyre Bus tours. I don't remember their exact stops, but they're pretty reliable.
