Christmas music on the radio question
I was excited to turn on 100.3 this morning because I remember they start their Christmas music on November 1. However, when I turned it on, it was 80s music! I looked up the web site, and it looks like it's a different station now, with Jay Towers as one of their radio personalities. What do I do about Christmas music now? Anyonw know? :-)

Ok, I just found this blurb on Wikipedia. Maybe I'm just too early :-)
Under its previous adult contemporary format, WNIC played continuous Christmas music from the beginning of November through Christmas. In 2009, WNIC started playing holiday music on November 6th, a later start that of the previous year, which was on November 2nd.[2] They were well known for being one of the earliest radio stations in the entire United States to start featuring holiday music with a majority of other stations not starting until around Thanksgiving. Under its new format Fresh 100.3 will still be Detroit's Christmas Station for the 2011 Holiday season.

I agree, it's too early!!
This! It's 59.5 degrees out, sunny & the fall colors look lovely, I just can't get into Christmas music right now.
Now, if I was out east where all the snow hit, I may feel like it's more appropriate just because of all the snow. But I won't start listening by choice until Thanksgiving.
