1.) How are you feeling? Any new milestones or changes in symptoms you'd like to share? Any appointments coming up this week? Pregnancy wise, I'm feeling fine. A little achy but nothing too bad. I am appointment free until Monday.
I caught Nolan's cold (is that even not possible when you are covered in their snot?) so I feel pretty blah due to that and the fact that he did.not.sleep last night. Poor bubba was so congested and coughing and just couldn't get comfortable. I brought him in our room at 2am just so I could at least lay down... it didn't help!
2.) Anything else to share? In case you missed it on FB, we've officially decided on Delaney (likely Baby A) and Adelyn for their names. We're still discussing middle names.
Our crazy, wonderful life
I had a regular appointment yesterday. Weight gain still within a good range. Everything is looking good, and surprisingly baby is measuring a week small. Everyone says my belly is huge, so I found that interesting. The best part was that I had an appointment with one of the OBs I wasn't a fan of before, and he totally redeemed himself yesterday. He let Alex hold the doppler and push the buttons, and also discussed new pedi recs since I am not happy with our current one. He went over my history again and made sure I was comfortable with all the planned things just in case I have a repeat of last time.
This kid has already become a pain in my butt. Literally. Over the weekend she moved and is now causing some fun pains and numbness. So it was advised yesterday that I finally retire my heels. Looks like I'll be wearing sneakers to work, yay!

This week brought the ninja puking-- the kind that sneaks up on you and kicks your ass. Last week was just nausea and sometimes a well-warned puke. Now I'm lucky to make it to a receptacle. Gross, I know... sorry. First u/s on Friday!
2.) Anything else to share? I'm terrified of a missed m/c. I can't get the thought out of my head. I'm really looking forward to seeing the baby on Friday but also very apprehensive and anxious.
1.) How are you feeling? I'm doing well still. More trouble with sleep, but nothing too horrible yet. Feeling odd since people always say that they have to get up to pee so many times a night - consistently since day one I've only had to get up once. Oh well. Regular appointment on Friday - first time meeting another doc in the practice.
2.) Anything else to share? I'm getting bummed that I'm 90% sure I will not have a shower with my family in New England. My SIL had told me in July she would host a shower, but found out later that week she is pg with her 2nd. I doubt the thought has even crossed her mind again. I was really looking forward to celebrating with my family, and it kind of hurts that it's my own family that is being slack. I hate even saying anything about it because it feels whiney etc., but still. I am the last grandchild on my side to have kids - I am used to being pampered!!

Feeling pretty uncomfortable throughout the day and very uncomfortable at night. I have an appt on Friday, I don't know if they will be doing internals or not, since I'm having a c-section.
2.) Anything else to share?
I can't believe that I'm going to have another baby in 13 days! I really wish my mom was here. I'm ready to have this baby, but really need her to stay in until at least the 13th (the day before my c-section), because that is when my mom will get here...I need her to be able to watch Marshall! I did get a little worried last week that I'll go into labor before mom gets here and made a back-up-plan for Marshall in case that happens.
I am actually feeling great. If not for my huge belleh I would forget I am pregnant sometimes. My RLP has gotten significantly better, and I am sleeping better and for more hours straight. None of that makes any sense, given how close to the end I am, but I am not complaining!!!
I've got everything ready for Carter - I finished up some last minute things yesterday - so I am ready for him! I have a dr appt tomorrow - I know I have to have the Group B strep test done, so I may ask the dr to check and see if anything is going on yet. I am only 36 weeks and change, but when I looked back at my pregnancy journal from Jack, they did check me at 36 weeks and I was 1 cm dilated. So who knows.
I think all I have to do is get my hospital bag packed, and just enjoy the last couple of weeks of just Jack. Very excited about meeting Carter though, oh yeah, and MATERNITY LEAVE!!!

2.) Anything else to share? We're finally making some progress on Lillian's room.... paing on the walls & a fresh coat on the trim as well. We went shopping & picked up a bureau & bookcase for her room, along with some shelves & frames from Ikea. I've chosen the fabric that I want for her curtains & bedskirt, now I just need to order it! Such a good feeling to see things coming together in there- I think its really finally starting to hit us that this is all really happening

Still feeling good for the most part. My back sucks though, it's really the only thing that is bothering me. Still sleeping fine, except for having to get up twice a night. Just feeling big!
Had a regular quickie appt on Monday, can't believe I'm down to bi-weekly appts now! Met the last doctor in the practice (they want you to meet them all since who ever is at the hospital that day will be delivering) I really didn't like her though. She was nice enough, but super brief, just kind of rushed me in and out.

Not much! Getting anxious for my shower in 2 weeks and to really get going on the nursery!

I feel great. No change in symptoms. I'm 20 weeks pregnant tomorrow, and have my anatomy scan tomorrow. As long as the baby is cooperative, we're going to find out the gender tomorrow.

I'm feeling pretty good. The nausea has seemed to mostly go away this week. Yay! We had our first appointment yesterday and we got a quick picture of the baby.
I have to go in for dating ultrasound tomorrow. The dr said I was measuring a little behind, but I think that makes sense with my cycle, so we'll see what they say tomorrow. I might have a June due date.

I have 2 weddings this weeked (Fri and Sat) and I'm just a teeny bit bummed that I can't drink. Yay for being sober cab...

I went for my first trimester screening on Monday and got to see the baby again. DH was so excited. He said it was the best day of his life. This afternoon I go to my regular monthly appointment and I get to meet the doctor since last time I only say the nurse practitioner.
2.) Anything else to share? We made it FB official last night. I was really nervous to do so but DH really wanted to. So I guess now it's public information!

Although I have a new symptom of heartburn...but it isn't too bad yet anyway. I'll be 24 weeks on saturday = Viability! can't believe as of saturday it will be 16 weeks or less until I meet our baby girl!! No appointments until the day after Thanksgiving.
2.) Anything else to share? started cleaning out what will be Madison's nursery. Got her bedding last week. And hope to go pick our paint colors this weekend. WOW can't believe we are already to this point of starting to get her nursery together!
