Lachute/Erbur and other Iphone peeps
How confident do you feel in the iPhone 5 coming out in June(ish)? I can upgrade now and I'm debating between the 4s and just waiting. Other than being on a 4G network, I just can't fathom how much more the 5 might actually have. And how important is the 4G network?

I do agree with Lachute - the iphone4s was not a major upgrade. Just some tweaks to the current 4 model but it does have a faster processor (the same as an ipad2 and a higher res camera). However... you have to remember that the iphone4s WAS speculated as the iphone5 up until like a month before. They really kept the whole thing under wraps and I assume they will definitely do the same for a release date on the 5. So sources are speculating June for this phone, but I can't say that I have a lot of faith in their speculative release dates. The "iphone4s" dubbed as the "iphone5" was said to be released in June too - then pushed back to August - then September - then October. So you might be waiting longer than June. Just sayin'.
With that said, I'm glad that I waited for the 4s because I only had 4 months to wait. You will be waiting 8+ months. It depends on how badly you want to upgrade from what you have now.

jewels i have to contradict most regular news outlets were dubbing it the 5 but most of the macrumor boards i was reading said it was going to be a 3gs style upgrade. Mac has been pretty on point of every two years major upgrade and every other minor tweaks.
i expect there is going to be a whole new line of mac products out including major macbook upgrades int he next year and half.
