DD is 3 1/2 right now but I would like to give family members Chirstmas ideas that she would possibly like later in the year too. What are some things that your 4 or even 5 year old girls like?
Re: Gifts for 4yr old girl
Books
Make-up ( I am not a fan of this, but she loves putting my make up on, and has ruined most of my lip glosses. So, she will be getting her own)
Nail polish
Barbies
Dress up- shoes, dresses, necklaces, hats, gloves, etc
Books- Ladybug girl, Fancy Nancy, Dora
Kids camera
Bike with training wheels and helmet or a scooter
Bubbles
Moon sand or play-doh
Games- Chutes and ladders, Don't spill the beans, Memory
My 5 year old niece is in love with the play make-up and dress up stuff right now. That and books. And I did buy her one of those Radio Flyer stand up scooters last year and she loved it. I think Walmart usually sells them for about $25, so not too bad for a Christmas gift.
Crafts! Lots and lots of art!
Barbies
Games
Skates
I thought of this a little while ago and added it to her list. Don't know why I didn't think of it earlier. The girl is obsessed with cutting and gluing things.
I think the only other things listed above the child doesn't have are Barbies, play makeup, and nail polish. Not sure how DH will feel about any of those. He is against things right now that he thinks are going to make her grow up too fast. I'm trying to get him to let up on at least the nail polish! I want to paint her nails so bad!!
Thanks for the ideas!
