My boss asked me to write a letter and she will will sign it. I am so lost, because i want the letter to profesional. Anyone have any sample letters?

Thanx.

Re: Sample letter

  • You can find these form letters online.  Just Google it.  Also, I think MS Word has a template for one.
Warning No formatter is installed for the format bbhtml
  • I tried finding sample letters for my purpose and i could not find any :( Anyone ever write a letter like this and if so how did you word everything. I am stuck in how to write this letter.
  • To whom it may concern:

(Your name) is employed with (company) as a (position).  Her annual salary is $x.  During 2011, she took time off without pay for the period (date) to (date) (if you want to put that in).  Going forward, her annual income will be equal to her annual salary including any raises that she receives.

Feel free to contact me with any questions,

    (space to sign)

    Boss' name, position

    email/phone

Print on company letterhead.  I think the key is to keep it short and simple.
