Where is a good place in NW Omaha for swim lessons? All I can think of is the Y and I'm not even sure which one would be close to us.. We are at 144th and Maple.

I have a good friend that highly recommended Swimtastic to us. I'm also considering Diventures and Swim Barb. For us, it will likely come down to location.
We plan to start in January.
I've heard this too and I believe this is where Swim Barb came from? Like she started the program there???
We looked into taking the boys to her, and we may still do it in January if there is an opening. They've been doing them off and on at Lifetime over the last few years, but I think they need a better instructor then what they've gotten there.
Interesting, I don't know. Jack has only been going there for about a year. The head coach is Jeanie Neal, she is the big wig at least currently. She is older, probably around 45-50? I have always assumed she's been there for a while but I honestly don't know.
They do this "Face Up First" curriculum at B-T. They are sort of obsessive about it. If Swim Barb does this then I wouldn't be surprised.
I do think the Face Up bit makes sense, I like that their whole MO at B-T is water safety. I couldn't care less if my kid is a speedy swimmer, or wants to be on the swim team, but I don't want him to drown. That's all.
