    I left my glasses at home so I'm squinting at my computer. I also don't want to work at all. 

    I'm bummed that I don't have more people to invite out for my birthday. I'm also irratated that I planned  a BBQ for DH's birthday and he didn't plan anything for mine. I told him our anniversary was up to him and he better not disappoint. 

     

    We're a happy bunch of people today.  Pass the chocolate.

    I'm grumpy and I need to shower.  H took and hid the leftover candy from last night and all I want is a mini hershey bar with my lunch.  Is that so much to ask?  Hmpf.  AND I want pasta for lunch, but nooo... "white" carbs are off limits as is sugar and candy.

    Basically, I'm a miserable wench today that doesn't want to eat a salad.

    Thanks! I think it went really well, however they all knew both of my bosses. I kind of anticipated it because I recognized a few names and the organization is definitely one that we are familiar with as a company. It's not a competitor or anything, so that's good.

    Hopefully they'll keep the fact that I interviewed there to themselves if they happen to run into them or I probably won't even have part time employment anymore. I guess that's part of the risk of job hunting. :)

    He has a tax business on the side apparently... & the website is REALLY bad. Granted, I'm kind of a snob since I used to work in the creative industry, but it's a template & really bland & boring..... complete with unflattering picture of him too.

    LOL no! That was SO awkward, by the way. That is S. He's an old CW/friend & he kept trying to touch me, hold my hand & be affectionate (God forbid, right?). But I just was NOT feeling it at all. We went to 13 Gypsies which was delicious, but it was a little too intimate for my liking. At least it wasn't dark in there!

    This is actually a different guy. If you follow me on Twitter, it's pretty damn obvious.

    Ooh... I need to pay more attention to Twitter. At least we have Google for the stalking now. You need to weed out the weirdos. Do you watch HIMYM, CD? There was an episode about Googling dates a few weeks ago.

    We had our staff retreat today for work.  It was actually a lot of fun.  We held it at The Cake Shop and they did a cooking demonstration for lunch and then we decorated cupcakes afterwards.

    Sorry I've been so MIA :( We had a board meeting last week that I was prepping for for weeks and then now everyone is back home from the convention so work that they've been putting off submitting for the last 2 months is now POURING in. I just had to shut everything down and focus.
