rant: impossible people
i work with some one who literally makes my blood boil. i don't like to get angry but the way this person acts stresses all of us out.
my boss, who doesn't usually cuss, was just cussing about how stressed this person makes her.
i literally want to cuss this person out but that's not professional.
i needed to get it out. rant over.

So, this person negatively affects EVERYONE at the company? Seems like that should be a good reason to replace someone who doesn't reduce everyone else's productivity and increase the company's healthcare costs due to stress-related issues. (Higher stress = lower immunity = more colds/flu/etc )
This. It seems the cost of unemployment fees after firing this person, should be worth the relief of not having them around. I hope they quit or are finally fired asap.

kst- haven't you realized by when i complain about things at my job that it doesn't work like normal places? it's family run.. and most of these people have been working here for 20+ years... he won't be fired, although i wish some one would tell him to calm down.
