So Jeff and I are hosting Thanksgiving this year and I wanted to make it special. I was thinking of having an "I'm Thankful For..." Jar where people can write on pieces of paper what they're thankful for. Then, randomly we can each read one of the thankfuls at dinner and share in what everyone is thankful for.
What do you think?

I think it's cute if you think they will actually do it.
I just wait until dinner and then force everyone to say what they are thankful for. Everyone is annoyed by it but I don't care - it's important to do and the kids often say funny stuff
I love this!!!! You should just sit beside it and when it's her turn you could just whisper it in her ear. People would be so confused and then it would "click". Do it!

ummm I just realized I called your niece "it". Wow. Sorry! I realize she is a little person and not an "it" - that's what I get for doing 3 things at once!
