How are people even certain this is the Judge in question? I couldn't watch the whole thing but I didn't see his face. And why we he secretly being recorded at the exact time he happened to decide to beat his daughter?
I'm not defending anyone who does this, I'd just want more facts before I did or did not vote for him and passed this along to people with the same decision to make.
It wouldn't be hard to figure out it's him considering it was said to have happened in his house. When the beating first starts (around the 1 minute mark) there are a few good shots of the side of his face and at 1:21 there is a full face shot. It's dark, but it's not a mysterious blob.
From the text of the video he has been beating his wife and daughter for a while now and I guess his daughter got fed up and decided to tape it. The beginning of the video starts in a dark room so I think the daughter may have been continuously filming and just deleting until she caught it on tape. Sadly, with how pumped he seemed to be from the power of her screaming and cowering I don't think she had to wait long.
I'm having a very hard time accepting that the wife was "severely manipulated into assisting the beating and should not be blamed for any content in this video".
This is horrible.
I saw this on FB today and it literally made me sick.
As far as wondering if it's really him, his own daughter has admitted to setting up the hidden camera because this was an ongoing problem. So yeah, it's him.

Ugh, he is disgusting. From the second link:
"She's mad because I've ordered her to bring the car back, in a nutshell, but yeah that's me, I lost my temper," Adams told us. "Her mother was there, she wasn't hurt.. it was a long time ago.. I really don't want to get into this right now because as you can see my life's been made very difficult over this child," Adams continued.
When asked if he felt he was going to face any suspension or discipline from the state over the video Adams responded, "In my mind I have not done anything wrong other than discipline my child when she was caught stealing. I did lose my temper, I've apologized.. it looks worse than it is."
