Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

another pinterest question....
Sorry about all the posts.

I've heard it's poor etiquette to pin your own photos, which I am fine with. Is uploading a photo that I took onto one of my boards the same as pinning? I wanted to start a board of photos of the places I've been, and wanted to use my own shots. Will I get banned or something?

I didn't realize it was poor etiquette either...there could be things people would love but have noway of getting to it if you hadn't pinned it.
I see no problem with you pinning places you've been and putting them in a board.
I think it is frowned upon as a way of self promoting a blog. For example, I wouldn't start uploading all the pictures from my food blog on there.
