Dear Rude Patient,
It is not my fault nor our labs fault that you broke your glasses. It is not my problem that you do not have back up glasses and that you can't see without the broken pair. It is not kind to tell me it is not good business to tell you we are short staffed again today. WTH do you want me to lie to you? Its true. I can only do so much and your glasses do not rank very high on my priority list as of this morning. I was going to get to it after the important things I was doing were taken care of. And yes I know the patient comes first but those that are in the office being seeing are of higher priority than you and your rudeness.
I will find out if the lab is able to replace the part as we are not able to. However be warned next time you choose to use your own frame its your responsibility to pay to have it fixed.

I feel your pain. I am really thorough with my oral hygiene and yet always have cavities. My brother brushed his teeth like once every few days and he never got them.

Ugh! So frustrating! My H is the same.. He brushes only in the morning, and flosses MAYBE once a day (gross... I harrass him all the time about it hah). Not a single cavity.
And I'm totally one of those people that need to be drugged +the gas to handle the dentist or I go into total panic mode -_-

I switched to something that fits my diet and exercise routine more, but ugh.. If I dont eat it on a full stomache it comes right back up. My bod won't process it without food. bleh.
Yeah drowsiness is a horrible side effect for those things... You want to be able to breathe so you can go DO things, not so you can sleep :P

Hi, remember us? Smudge's family? You know, the family you forwarded EFMP paperwork to two years ago? A random soldier's COMPLETED EFMP paperwork with ALL sorts of personal information? Yah, against our better judgement, we are back.
I know you are busy. I understand. But, you see, my husband has been trying to schedule an appointment with you since Friday. We need to complete the family EFMP screening so that he can get his RFO. This potential OCONUS PCS has come out of left field for us. While we are really excited about the prospect of it, we would like to receive DH's RFO as confirmation that this is likely going to really happen. And, personally, it's killing me that DH would prefer I keep this move on the DL until we are farther along in the process. Killing me!
So, despite the fact that neither DH or I have ANY faith in your abilities after your royal screw-up last time, we need you to return either an email or a phone call. It would suck if DH had to go to the MTF commander, again.
