As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Mommy's helper- how much would you pay?
We were just offered a babysitter and a mommy's helper. I'm seriously considering taking her up on the mommy's helper to start with--- what would you pay a 14 year old to do that??

What's does a mommy helper do ? And for how long?
It's basically an extra pair of hands and eyes in the house to help take care of/entertain the kids so you can get things done. Sorta like a mini-nanny, maybe? It'd be whenever I needed her- like maybe once a week or twice a month or something like that.
We're thinking it would be great for her to entertain the kids and keep them out of my hair so I can do some painting in the house/cleaning.
